Built in Auckland, for the way Auckland actually moves

Helpii started as a simple idea: a same-day parcel deserves the same urgency as an overnight one — and if something's running late, you should hear it from us before you have to call and ask.

We're not a call centre routing you through a queue. We're a local team who knows the difference between a Ponsonby drop-off before the lunch rush and a pallet heading out to East Tāmaki.

Every booking gets tracked from pickup to signature, whether it's a single parcel from a guest checkout or a scheduled weekly run for a business account. Business clients get one person who knows their account, not a rotating support line.

We're still growing — one Auckland suburb, one regular customer, one moving day at a time. That's on purpose. We'd rather get every delivery right than get big fast.
